Vivaan Ek Pariwar is a premium housing society in Shimla. Any online payment made on our website is typically for booking-related amounts, application/processing charges, or other project-related dues as communicated at the time of payment. Refunds (if applicable) are processed as per the terms shared in the allotment/booking documentation and applicable laws.
Policy Details
Below are common scenarios and how we handle cancellations and refunds. Where there is any conflict, the signed booking/allotment documents will prevail.
Cancellation Request
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by the applicant/allottee from the registered email ID or via a signed letter. Please include your name, unit details (if any), payment reference, and reason for cancellation.
Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the payment (booking amount, application/processing fees, instalment, etc.) and the stage of the transaction. Certain charges may be non-refundable as communicated at the time of payment.
Refund Amount & Deductions
If a refund is approved, it may be subject to deductions such as administrative charges, payment gateway charges, taxes (if applicable), and any other deductions specified in the booking/allotment terms.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–21 working days from the date of confirmation, subject to verification and bank processing timelines.
Mode of Refund
Refunds are made to the original payment method or to the bank account of the applicant/allottee (as per verification). We do not process cash refunds.
Incorrect/failed Transactions
If your payment was debited but not successful, please share the transaction reference. After verification with our payment partner/bank, the amount is usually reversed automatically or refunded as per banking timelines.
